Interior Designer

Develop detailed furniture plans and interior elevations using CAD and Revit.

Create and update residential design drawings, layouts, and 3D models.

Prepare accurate design documentation, floor plans, and construction details.

Collaborate with clients to understand design requirements and preferences.

Select and recommend furniture, finishes, and interior materials.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders during project execution.

Ensure all designs meet functional, aesthetic, and budget requirements.

Support project presentations with drawings, renderings, and mood boards.

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Proven residential design experience with strong portfolio.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for furniture plans, elevations, and 3D modeling.

Strong knowledge of residential space planning, finishes, and materials.

Ability to prepare detailed drawings, floor plans, and construction documents.

Good communication skills for client collaboration and presentations.

Experience coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and vendors.

Creative eye for design with attention to detail and functionality.
