Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible between 9AM to 5PM Auckland, NZ

Job Overview
We’re looking for a top-tier HubSpot expert to join our delivery team as a HubSpot Developer. This is a leadership role—not just task execution. You'll guide clients with process-first thinking, help structure and scale their go-to-market strategies inside HubSpot, and build smart, effective systems across all Hubs.

This role blends strategy, system design, and hands-on implementation. You’ll act as both an advisor and a builder—owning the entire HubSpot delivery process from process mapping (in Miro or Lucidchart) to workflow creation, API integration, and quality assurance.

You should be comfortable with complex systems, stay current on HubSpot features, and take initiative to deliver excellent, high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead end-to-end HubSpot implementation projects, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction
  • Design and implement custom HubSpot solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Service hubs to meet diverse client needs
  • Tackle complex integrations between Hubspot and other systems, optimizing client workflows and data management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining clear communication throughout project lifecycles
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of milestones and overall project completion
  • Provide expert guidance on HubSpot best practices, helping clients maximize the platform’s potential for their business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve implementation processes and service delivery
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features and industry trends

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HubSpot implementation and integration, with a strong understanding of the platform’s capabilities across all hubs
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction and team collaboration
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to address complex client challenges
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment while also thriving as part of a team
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional results
  • Experience with CRM systems and integrations beyond HubSpot is a plus
  • Relevant HubSpot certifications are highly desirable

Benefits

Independent Contractor Perks:
  • Permanent work from home
  • Immediate hiring
  • Steady freelance job
Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
