Job Description
We’re seeking a talented Video Editor/YouTube Specialist to join our creative team and help us produce engaging long-form YouTube content that showcases the latest in gaming industry trends and insights. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your video editing expertise with your passion for gaming, working on content that reaches thousands of viewers and influences the gaming community. You’ll be crafting polished, professional videos that tell compelling stories about the games industry while developing your skills in a fast-paced, creative environment where your work directly impacts audience engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities

Edit captivating long-form YouTube videos (approximately 10 minutes each) that engage gaming audiences
Transform raw footage into polished, professional content that tells compelling stories
Produce 2-3 high-quality videos per week, managing the complete editing workflow
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content meets brand standards and audience expectations
Efficiently manage large video file uploads and downloads to maintain smooth production workflows
Meet production deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards
Potentially contribute to script writing and content development when opportunities arise
Stay current with YouTube best practices and gaming industry trends to optimize content performance

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred) or other professional video editing software
Proven experience editing long-form video content, preferably for YouTube or similar platforms
High-speed internet connection capable of handling large file transfers efficiently
Powerful computer system capable of smooth video editing and rendering
Strong understanding of YouTube content formatting, pacing, and audience engagement techniques
Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
Passion for gaming industry content and understanding of gaming community preferences
Creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams and communicate effectively
Flexibility to adapt to evolving content strategies and production requirements
