You’ll be the backbone of daily operations, managing everything from customer inquiries to platform optimization. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through multiple channels, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage and optimize Shopify dashboard operations, ensuring all systems are organized and functioning efficiently
- Handle comprehensive administrative tasks including order processing, inventory coordination, and system maintenance
- Ensure all customer communications are responded to professionally and within established timeframes
- Support future advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives as the business expands
- Maintain organized processes and documentation for all operational activities
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience continuously and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Shopify and e-commerce platform management
- Proven track record in customer service excellence with strong communication skills
- Administrative expertise with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Experience with digital marketing tools and e-commerce optimization
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for system management
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality
- Familiarity with the fitness industry and customer needs preferred
- Proficiency with various software tools and ability to learn new systems quickly
