Job Description

This comprehensive full-time role combines exceptional customer service with e-commerce operations management, ensuring seamless business operations and outstanding customer experiences. You’ll be the backbone of daily operations, managing everything from customer inquiries to platform optimization. This position offers extensive involvement in e-commerce operations with opportunities for professional growth as the company scales. You’ll work with modern tools and systems while supporting customers who are passionate about fitness and innovative gym solutions.


Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through multiple channels, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Manage and optimize Shopify dashboard operations, ensuring all systems are organized and functioning efficiently
  • Handle comprehensive administrative tasks including order processing, inventory coordination, and system maintenance
  • Ensure all customer communications are responded to professionally and within established timeframes
  • Support future advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives as the business expands
  • Maintain organized processes and documentation for all operational activities
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience continuously and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Shopify and e-commerce platform management
  • Proven track record in customer service excellence with strong communication skills
  • Administrative expertise with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and e-commerce optimization
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for system management
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Familiarity with the fitness industry and customer needs preferred
  • Proficiency with various software tools and ability to learn new systems quickly
