I lead a team of high impact colleagues and operations for Margin Discovery, driving culture and objectives in my teams, ensuring
accuracy, implementing policies and compliance, and delivering business priorities
In this job, I’m accountable for:
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities:
- Developing and leading an impactful team of individual contributors, giving them the opportunities to be their best through mentoring,
career development conversations and performance management
- Initiates and crafts continuous improvements initiatives to drive performance within their teams
- Accountable for achieving teams objectives, partner management and critical issue management
- Making decisions within policy and procedure framework to deliver business plans
- Deliver monetary benefit by identifying new opportunities / avenues for the teams I lead
- Root cause issues causing income leakage and working with Product transformation team to fix issues
- Developing and leading an impactful team, crafting an environment for success by setting direction and mentoring them to succeed
through inspiring conversations every day. (Refer to the expectations of a manager at Tesco- the minimum standards)
- Accountable for establishing and achieving team objectives and critical issue management
- Provides inputs that impact the functions plans, policies, influences the budget and resources in their scope
- Drives, lead and improves the SLAs, critical metrics and other Business and Customer Metrics in line with Big 6
