Senior Sales Representative

About The Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets while providing strategic insights to support the company’s growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions that address their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct client meetings, product/service presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
• Mentor and support junior sales team members by sharing best practices and strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar role (3–5 years).
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a strategic mindset.
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
