JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to Division or Department administrative leadership, and with input from the Division Chief, working under minimal supervision, manages programmatic support for faculty/learner-based education for research development programs. Coordinates effectively with division administration, as well as other parts of the institution by establishing effective working relationships with organizational peers. Implements departmental and divisional policies and procedures.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
- EducationBachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or directly related field or
- Experience6 years Related experience, including a minimum of and 2 years Of supervisory experience or Additional progressively responsible related experience may be allowed on a year for year basis in lieu of degree, for a total of ten (10) years of related experience.

JOB DUTIES
- Oversight and management of research education and development programs/activities of a large division, multiple divisions, or department, with at least 50 faculty with research and/or clinical trial effort.
- Fosters positive and collaborative relations with learners, faculty and/or multiple research faculty programs.
- Oversees analysis, reporting and program improvements.
- Oversees budget expenditures specifically related to educational activities/program(s).
- Responsible for design, execution and effectiveness of a system of internal controls, which provides reasonable assurance that operations are effective and efficient, assets are safeguarded, and financial information is reliable.
- Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance with respect to research participants, collaborators, sponsors and other stakeholders.
- Assists with strategic development of new research programs and initiatives.
- May supervise and coach professional and support staff.
- Oversee other special programs and initiatives as designated by the Department or Division Chief
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
