E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. Our mission is to provide world-class service and experience for customers, sellers and creators. We are looking for a Seller Governance data analytics role to manage and own the data analysis requests in all Seller Governance ecommerce activities.
Responsibilities
- Become a key strategic thought partner for all business team leads; proactively identify problem areas and solve them together backed by data and insights, contribute to policy and product strategy development and execution.
- Measure performance of key projects and launches and create an effective feedback loop for optimization.
- Drive collaboration with other data & analytics teams outside the GNE department leveraging each others' core capabilities; define and develop sensible KPIs and targets, produce monthly/quarterly management reporting, improve the data acquisition process given the constraints.
- Build and leverage data monitoring and evaluation capabilities to proactively diagnose issues in our governance system, perform root cause analysis, and identify actions that can be taken to improve systems and workflows.
- Drive internal enablement that includes policy education, training, analytics, and XFN engagement.
