Team Intro:
Ecommerce's Business Creator Operations Team is responsible for empowering and incubating both merchants and creators to grow within the TikTok Shop ecosystem. The primary focus of the role is to drive the success of specific merchants through creator affiliate engagement. You will design, execute and optimize large-scale creator incentive programs through data analytics, business forecasting and budget management.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.y
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement creator incentive programs to motivate creator TikTok Shop activity and achieve monthly business growth for merchants.
- Leverage internal resources to establish and continuously refine mechanisms for communicating with creators to improve creator and incentive engagement.
- Develop strategies and insights to incubate new creators for commerce activation for specific merchants.
- Analyze affiliate creator data to provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders regarding budget utilization and incentive ROI by program and incentive.
- Collaborate with TikTok campaign and category teams to share best practices and identify new resources, tools, and program opportunities.
