Business Analyst-Martech-Onsite

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support the implementation and migration to the Zeta platform, playing a key role in the transformation of our core marketing platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirements gathering, data mapping, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end documentation to ensure a smooth migration from other marketing platforms to Zeta platform.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements related to the Zeta platform and migration.
•    Perform data mapping between marketing platforms and Zeta’s data model, ensuring consistency and completeness.
•    Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications (BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows).
•    Understand Zeta’s APIs and integration requirements; coordinate with technical teams on system design and testing.
•    Conduct gap analysis between existing processes and Zeta capabilities, recommending solutions or workarounds.
•    Support planning and execution of test strategies, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
•    Create and maintain project documentation in tools like JIRA and Confluence.
•    Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors throughout the implementation lifecycle.
•    Assist with data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation during migration.
•    Support post-implementation stabilization and enhancements as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree
•    10 + years of experience as a Business Analyst, including in Martech and other digital platforms.
•    Experience in large-scale system migration projects, ideally involving multiple third-party platforms.
•    Familiarity with Zeta platform architecture, product modules like APIs (preferred).
•    Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and validation.
•    Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large data sets.
•    Excellent documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, Wireframes, Process Diagrams).
•    Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent tools.
•    Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

• Minimum Compensation: USD 35,000
• Maximum Compensation: USD 123,000
• Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
