What’s the role?

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping the financial narrative of the Group. You’ll deliver meaningful insights through reporting and analytics, helping drive strategic decisions across the business. Based in Sydney, this is a full-time position with flexible working options to support your lifestyle and productivity.

You'll support reporting and analytics to deliver clear, actionable insights that guide decisions at the Board, Executive Team, and senior leadership level—covering revenue and balance sheet performance, strategic planning, and competitor analysis.

What do I need?

We’re looking for someone who’s analytical, collaborative, and ready to make an impact. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

A high level of initiative and a proactive approach to learning.
A self-driven mindset with high attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
Experience in a banking product or treasury environment (preferred).
Progress toward Chartered Accountant or CPA qualification (or already qualified).
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TM1, with the ability to work with large datasets and extract key insights.
