Senior Key Account Manager
Your Responsibilities
- Ongoing contact with clients to build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Negotiating terms of cooperation with service partners
- Preparing and presenting commercial offers and technical solutions tailored to clients’ needs
- Creating offers and commercial documentation (including participation in tender processes)
- Monitoring and compiling statistics on partner attrition and reported issues
- Coordinating internal activities and collaborating with other departments to effectively meet client needs
- Conducting market and competition analysis
- Representing the company at industry events (Trade Shows, Conferences, Congresses)
- Ensuring a positive image of the company and its services
Our Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management (especially with large companies)
- Ability to manage key clients and build long-term, stable relationships that enhance the company’s competitiveness
- Strong negotiation skills – managing client expectations and negotiating terms to increase loyalty and business value
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Results- and goal-oriented approach
- Effective work planning skills
- High degree of independence in task execution
- Motivation to achieve results and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in English for daily communication (minimum level B2)

- Experience in a similar position within the financial industry is a strong plus
