Are you passionate about delivering flawless events and creating memorable guest experiences? We’re looking for an Audio-Visual (AV) Technician with proven expertise in luxury hotels to join our team and support the seamless execution of meetings, conferences, and special events.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
• Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting AV systems for conferences, banquets, weddings, and corporate events.
• Managing sound, lighting, projection, video conferencing, and other technical elements with precision.
• Coordinating with banquet, sales, and events teams to ensure all AV requirements are delivered smoothly.
• Maintaining AV equipment, performing regular checks, and ensuring functionality before each event.
• Providing on-the-spot technical support during events to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Assisting with the installation and integration of new AV technologies within the hotel.
• Keeping accurate inventory records of equipment and reporting maintenance or replacement needs.

What we need from you:

• Prior experience as an AV Technician in a 5-star hotel or luxury events environment.
• Strong knowledge of sound systems, lighting controls, video projection, LED walls, and video conferencing platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per business needs.
• A diploma or certification in Audio-Visual Technology, Electronics, or related field is preferred.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
