The Role

Retail Managers Lead and support Area Managers to deliver exceptional retail performance, team growth, and brand-aligned customer experiences nationwide.

·       Review risk management processes and results for opportunities and give direction to drive compliance and efficiencies

·      Inspect results to optimize productivity and coach my team on commercial accountability and understanding of cost of doing business

·       Partner with VM and Merch to deliver consistent, country-relevant store experiences that drive contribution and protect brand DNA

·      Partner and influence across functions to remove friction points and provide my team with everything they need to deliver amazing customer experience and deliver results

·    Drive trade through customer-obsessed retail practices and lead my State Leaders to solve problems

.    Set expectations, review performance, provide feedback and follow up using the Group performance framework
