HR Officer

Beond is seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Officer to join our expanding team. As an HR Officer, you will play a critical role in managing employee relations, recruitment, and operational HR functions within the company. You will work closely with employees and management to create a positive and productive working environment that promotes the values of our premium leisure airline.

In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Assist in the development and implementation of local HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Support employee relations initiatives, addressing employee concerns and inquiries.
• Organize training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and career progression.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, providing guidance to management and staff as needed.
• Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure employees are informed about their options.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the aviation or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Proficient in using HR software and MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
