  • Recruit, train, and mentor managers and staff, cultivating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.
  • Lead daily pre-shift meetings, weekly F&B leadership meetings, and regular executive committee updates to ensure alignment across departments.
  • Oversee compliance with all health, safety, and labor laws while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to design promotional campaigns, community events, and brand collaborations that elevate Nine Orchard’s reputation.
  • Monitor financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, implementing strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining service and quality.
  • Manage vendor relationships, oversee purchasing and inventory systems, and ensure effective supply chain operations.
  • Champion sustainability efforts by reducing waste, sourcing locally, and implementing eco-friendly practices.
  • Serve as a visible leader on the floor, resolving issues in real time and ensuring smooth daily operations across all outlets.
  • Experience: 7–10 years in food and beverage leadership, ideally within a hotel or multi-outlet environment.
  • Leadership: Ability to build, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Operations Expertise: Strong background in FOH, BOH, banquets, service standards, and menu development.
