Role & Responsibilities
This is an entry-level position at Dreww for someone who already has hands-on experience running Meta Ads for lead generation and is eager to take full ownership of campaigns with guidance from senior team members. While this is a junior role, you will be trusted with significant responsibility to lead campaigns, shape messaging, and work directly with our creative team to bring ads to life.
You’ll be responsible for both the strategic and creative sides of paid social lead generation. This includes conducting customer research to uncover insights, turning those insights into compelling ad messaging, and working with our content creators to produce short-form video and static assets. You’ll also write creative briefs, attend shoots, and oversee the production of original ad content.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, creative, and ambitious. If you enjoy combining research, messaging, and creative production with hands-on paid social execution, this role will give you the freedom and responsibility to grow quickly. The expectation is that within 3 to 6 months, you will progress from the junior role into a specialist-level position, taking on greater ownership and leadership in client campaigns.
As a Junior Specialist, Lead Generation & Paid Social Media, you will:
- Lead the execution of Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation (instant forms + landing pages), managing targeting, budgets, creative testing, and optimization
- Conduct customer and market research to identify pain points, motivations, and objections, and translate insights into ad messaging strategies
- Write creative briefs for ad campaigns and collaborate with content creators, designers, and editors to produce high-performing ad creatives
- Participate in and support on-set production of original short-form video content designed for paid social campaigns
- Draft and test ad copy variations to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
- Collaborate on developing landing page copy, content, and messaging, and work with front-end developers to bring landing pages to life
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide clear optimization recommendations to improve cost per lead and overall ROI
- Document campaign learnings, contribute to Dreww’s internal playbooks, and help shape best practices for paid social lead generation
- Help manage day-to-day client relations with support and supervision from senior team members, ensuring communication is clear and proactive
- Produce a monthly performance reports for clients, highlighting results, learnings, and next steps
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience ideally in paid social media, growth marketing, or lead generation
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation (instant forms and/or landing pages)
- Perfectly bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
- Based in Montreal, with the ability to work from our office
- Strong interest in customer research and ability to turn insights into ad messaging and content strategies
- Comfortable writing ad copy and collaborating on creative briefs for video, static, and landing page content
- Experience working with creative teams and/or on-set production of short-form video content is an asset
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Meta Ads Manager (required); knowledge of TikTok Ads or Google Ads is an asset
- Proficient with spreadsheets and comfortable analyzing data to identify trends or opportunities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks with support and guidance
