We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Account Manager to drive enterprise solution sales within the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to deal closure, with strong technical acumen in observability platforms or cybersecurity solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-level product sales to IT departments within banks and financial institutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, influencing key decision-makers.
  • Position observability or cybersecurity solutions effectively to meet client needs.
  • Drive robust pipeline development, account management, and consistent deal closures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer requirements.

Requirements

  • 8–15 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within BFSI.
  • Strong track record in product sales to IT departments of banks/financial services.
  • Proven success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical understanding of observability platforms or related domains (cybersecurity, IT infrastructure).
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in pipeline generation and successful account closures.
