- You will contribute to the successful market launch of the lavera brand in the Polish market.
- As part of customer management, you will independently manage our customers in the Polish market, be the active lead, and ensure successful negotiations and the implementation of negotiation results.
- You will build long-term relationships with our customers at eye level and create sustainable and trustworthy collaborations.
- Your tasks will also include market analyses, identifying business potentials, creating customer-specific business plans, acquiring new customers, and ensuring a competitive product and service portfolio.
- You will prepare sales-relevant monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting data with meaningful economic KPIs, derive concrete sales measures, and be responsible for sales and revenue planning.
- You will maximize market shares and net sales through optimal activation of business drivers. In doing so, you will analyze the customer assortment based on market data and have an understanding of consumer trends.
- You will develop ideas for sales-promoting measures with customers and implement them in collaboration with your colleagues.
- You will work intensively with internal and external interfaces and departments to achieve the best possible results.
Dein Profil: Damit Begeisterst Du Uns
- You have a degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial education and have proven professional experience in sales or marketing.
- You have gained your multi-year sales experience in the Polish market in a comparable position, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- You have a strong, reliable network in the Polish trade landscape.
- You possess a hands-on mentality, strong negotiation skills, and think and act entrepreneurially.
- You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and results-oriented working style.
- You are an empathetic and dynamic personality, work goal-oriented, flexibly and independently, and enjoy communicating with different target groups.
- New challenges bring you joy, and you approach them always motivated and with the necessary curiosity.
- You have negotiation-level communication skills in Polish and English.
- German skills are also advantageous.
