Job Description
Your role
To support our Legal and Privacy team, we’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Privacy Advisor in Katowice/Wrocław to provide ongoing privacy advice and guidance to our internal stakeholders across the organization.
What you will do
- Monitor various country or region-specific privacy legislations and data protection regulations, analyzing compliance requirements and issue recommendations as needed, support the implementation of new requirements into technology
- Lead privacy by design initiatives for a portfolio of SaaS products dedicated for the hospitality industry
- Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and AI Impact Assessments
- Improve and maintain cross-border data transfer legal framework
- Review and negotiate of various data protection terms and data processing agreements with clients, suppliers, partners
- Interact with IT, security and business stakeholders to identify data protection related risks and introduce mitigating measures
- Maintain the Register of Processing Activities
- Privacy incident management
- Conduct employee trainings, increasing employee understanding of privacy, data handling practices and legal obligations
- Oversee the process of handling data subject requests
Qualifications
- A university degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Privacy role in multi-national company, ideally in tech/SaaS
- IAPP certification (e.g. CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT)
- Experience with interpreting and implementing obligations of the data protection legislation and regulations (especially the GDPR, CCPA and PIPL), as well understanding of security compliance
- Familiarity with One Trust and/or similar solutions
- Knowledge and experience in IT and security when working in privacy role, including a solid understanding of relevant technologies, such as encryption, hashing, tokenization, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to manage simultaneous projects under deadline pressure
- Flexibility and willingness to work on broad variety of legal and tech matters and collaboration with various teams and divisions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a collegial, fast-paced environment
- Understanding of IT and SaaS products and practices to protect data during processing activities

How We Work:
We are looking for candidates based in the Silesia region (office in Katowice or Wrocław), with a requirement to be present in the office at least 4 times a month. Fully remote work is not an option, and unfortunately, applications from more distant locations will not be considered in the recruitment process.
