Lead Solution Architect

The Lead Solution Architect will play a key role in shaping the design, specification, and ongoing evolution of the AEVI platform. This role involves translating complex business needs into robust technical solutions through requirements gathering, system analysis, and detailed specifications. The architect will oversee platform integration as well as customer-specific enhancements, ensuring high standards of scalability, reliability, and performance from design through deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain expertise to support the team and sales by evaluating client requests, participating in RFPs, and presenting AEVI technology
• Assist prospects in product selection and application design, position AEVI solutions, and provide clear evaluation frameworks
• Design and integrate technical payment solutions, contribute to systems analysis, design, and testing, and facilitate customer workshops
• Collaborate with sales leads to capture client requirements, document and present solution designs, and lead application integration efforts
• Develop product representations, communicate concepts to the development team, and translate business needs into technical specifications and implementation roadmaps

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in functional analysis or solution architecture
• Background in large-scale transactional systems
• Proven skills in scalable architecture and agile methodologies
• Strong leadership qualities, with adaptability and creativity
• Fluency in English and a high level of enthusiasm
• Preferred: knowledge of the payments industry, compliance, and security practices
• Solid understanding of the payments landscape and PCI compliance requirements
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with both senior executives and technical teams
