The Role

The Bell Attendant position is a dynamic, customer-focused role that offers valuable exposure to Crown Melbourne’s hotel operations and systems.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated team members to join the Crown Promenade Bell Services team.

In this role, you’ll create joyful guest experiences through your genuine care and attention. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and visitors upon arrival and departure at Crown Promenade
• Safely and efficiently handling luggage delivery, collection, and storage
• Valet parking guest vehicles with care and professionalism
• Upholding exceptional customer service standards in a premium hotel environment

About You

You’ll bring:

• A valid and unrestricted Australian Driver’s License (a full manual license is highly regarded)
• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a similar setting, with strong communication and time management skills
• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
• A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, or the ability to obtain one

Additional Information

This role requires you to have flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays and overnights.
