Overview

Your role
In this role, you will collaborate with a team of experts leading major capital building and infrastructure projects. You will support the management of office fit-out and new construction projects, working alongside architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality results for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead client and project meetings, managing multiple stakeholders and communication streams.
- Support the management of commercial space fit-out and new construction projects.
- Participate in site surveys to verify ongoing work scope and identify necessary changes.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and assist in negotiating construction and installation contracts.
- Oversee, verify, and coordinate ongoing work to ensure quality and compliance.
- Contribute to cost optimization efforts and scope management.
- Prepare and maintain as-built documentation and ensure accurate reporting.
- Manage financial frameworks, forecasts, and cost tracking logs, providing regular financial reporting.
應徵資格
- 5+ years of project management experience, representing owners in the delivery of building developments.
- A university degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Interior Design.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (both verbal and written).
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of scheduling software (MS Project), MS Office, and AutoCAD (preferred).
