LotusWorks is seeking a Telecom Construction Manager to lead telecommunications infrastructure efforts on a high-profile data center construction project in Goodnight, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of telecom systems installation, ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead all phases of construction for telecommunications systems, from preconstruction through closeout.
Drive overall project performance ensuring telecom scope, schedule, and budget are achieved.
Coordinate closely with client representatives, design consultants, and trade partners to ensure alignment of telecom deliverables and performance standards.
Assist with development of estimate budgets for telecom systems and infrastructure.
Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract execution, and performance tracking for telecom-related scopes.
Manage subcontractor contracts and contract modifications.
Oversee billing and schedule of values formation specific to telecom work.
Generate monthly client billings.
Support business development by evaluating potential telecom projects and clients, and interacting directly with developers, owners, architects, subconsultants, and subcontractors.
Promote a transparent, solution-oriented environment through proactive communication and resolution of issues.
Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.

Skills Required:

5+ years of experience in telecom construction, including fiber, wireless, or small cell projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and permitting processes.
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, budgets, and schedules.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools.

Education / Licenses / Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or an engineering discipline is preferred, but not required.
Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
