About You
The Sr. Manager of Data Analytics will be responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop products and services focused on data ingestion, automation, and visualization. The ideal candidate will be able to identify the “why,” “what,” and “how” from a myriad of different data sources and will be able to act as a subject matter expert and be a partner to both our internal teams as well as our day-to-day clients and their extended teams.
You’Ll Be Responsible For:
- Work with the internal teams, external partners, and the client to assess analytical needs.
- Grow credibility with clients by exceeding expectations and delivering best-in-class insights.
- Serve the client team as an expert on the industry and client-specific strategic issues.
- Plan, facilitate and oversee the development of tools that expand upon automation capabilities
- Take lead on projects and contribute to the evolution of processes by working with the team as well as independently with the goal of driving efficiency
- Manage creation, implementation, validation and ongoing support of data data science solutions
- Develop and refine best practices and documentation around onboarding and usability
- Contribute to the company's knowledge base by creating and sharing case studies and POVs
- Mentor members of the team to develop analysis expertise, as well as career management
You’Ll Need To Have:
- Fluency in Python and R
- Advanced experience developing custom SQL
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, understanding the digital analytics and marketing landscape
- Excellent understanding of the online measurement ecosystem and media performance metrics
- Experience with Snowflake, Azure or other data extraction, transformation, and storage tools
- Knowledge of collecting and storing data using data transfer/ETL tools, and experience with Secured Storage (sFTP, S3, etc.)
- Requires excellent organizational, written, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion within established deadlines
- The ability and strong desire to innovate with strong problem-solving, technical, and communication skills
- Experience accessing data from ad serving tools
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Sheets, Looker and more

The anticipated salary range for this position is listed below. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we’re flexible.
