Significance is seeking a Navy ERP SME with an active Secret clearance located in Norfolk, VA, CA. The Navy ERP SME will have Navy ERP functional experience, Navy Financial Management experience, and DoD System Migration experience. Position will support USFFC (BSO-60) and subordinate commands in activities necessary to migrate from legacy General Ledger / feeder systems to Navy ERP, and functional support to end user community to enhance operations in Navy ERP. Activities include supporting end-users in execution of activities in Navy ERP following go live (10/1/2025). Functional experience / knowledge in one or more of the following modules: Material Management (MM), Project Systems/Project Management (PS), Workforce Management (WFM), Financial Accounting (FI), Sales and Distribution (SD), and/or Controlling (CO) modules.
The NAVY ERP SME will providing regional support to all BSO60 for Fleet Forces activities in Hawaii, Far East, LANT, and other sites. Strong customer service focus, communication skills, strategic planning, and proactive task planning/execution.

- Experience supporting Navy financial or logistics systems; prior work with Advana or similar DoD data platforms; proven ability to gather requirements, test reports and train end users
