Strategy Manager Gen AI

The Generative AI Domain is seeking a forward-thinking Gen AI Strategy Manager to join our innovative team. This role is designed to be at the forefront of shaping and implementing generative AI solutions across our business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic insights and frameworks to leverage generative AI technologies in the Group, enhancing operational efficiencies, customer experience, and overall performance within the Group.

The Strategy Manager will sit within the Technology team and report to the Senior Strategy Manager. This role is pivotal in supporting the Gen AI strategy for the Group, focusing on unlocking opportunities in ways of working and process simplification.

On any given day you will:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive generative AI strategy aligned with Commbank's business objectives.

• Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and best practices in Generative AI.

• Monitor the execution of the strategy and pivot the strategic plan as required.

• Communicate complex AI concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner.

• Develop materials to raise awareness and understanding of generative AI applications within the Group.

• Provide expert recommendations based on data-driven findings to improve processes and customer experiences using Gen AI technology.

Your experience looks like:

• Strong interest and understanding of Generative AI technology and its applications.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the capability to convey complex information to various audiences.

• Experience writing strategic reports and papers.  

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
