F&B Cashier/Server

(FT or PT Winter Seasonal Position) Cashier must be at least 16 years of age, Servers must be at least 18 years of age. 

The F&B Cashier is responsible for carrying out monetary transactions for food and beverage products in a professional, accurate and timely manner to maintain Arizona Snowbowl's highest standard of guest service. The F&B Cashier will also carry out bussing duties in the dining room and markets when necessary. When needed, the F&B Cashier may carry out Server duties (must meet minimum age requirement). 

Essential Job Functions:

• Open register station with assistance from Lodge Supervisor
• Accurately conduct a high volume of monetary transactions utilizing cash register and credit card terminal in a fast paced environment.
• Make correct change.
• Ensure that all employees pay for and Managers sign for all products- employees must show pass for discount. No Pass, No Discount, No Exceptions.
• Conduct surveillance of lobby and products to prevent shop lifting.
• Accurately complete deposits, banks, and daily reports.
• Comply with over/short policy as prescribed by the Arizona Snowbowl.
• Stock product at beginning, during, and end of shift.
• Maintain a clean, orderly and well-stocked register station.
• Carry out bussing duties as needed.
• Present friendly customer service

Physical Requirements:

• Stand, walk for long periods of time
• Ability to work at a high elevation
• Ability to bend and lift up to 25lbs without assistance
