We are looking for a structured, proactive, and communicative Student Assistant to join our Data & Analytics team. Your future team: 

You will become part of the Customer Data Cockpit Project team within our Data & Analytics function. This is a collaborative, international, and forward-thinking group focused on making customer data accessible, insightful, and easy to use. The team consists of data analysts, communication specialists, and project managers who describe themselves as curious, solution-oriented, and supportive.

What you will be doing: 

  • In this role, you will be a key player in change and communication activities to keep our stakeholders informed, engaged, and confident in using our customer data tools. Your responsibilities include: 

  • Planning, creating, and distributing clear and engaging announcements, release notes, and newsletters. 

  • Keeping SharePoint and Confluence sites structured, updated, and easy to navigate. 

  • Supporting change initiatives when rolling out new digital tools and data products. 

  • Developing presentations, guides, and visual materials for training and onboarding. 

  • Coordinating user feedback collection and structuring insights for communication improvements. 

  • Ensuring consistency in tone, style, and message across all communication channels. 

 

 

What you bring: 

  • On the last year of your bachelor’s or first year of your master’s degree within Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 

  • Interest in digital communication tools; prior experience with SharePoint or Confluence is an advantage but not required. 

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to work independently and in an international, cross-functional environment. 

  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to contribute ideas. 

  • An interest in data products and understanding of project communication best practices.
