About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Virtua Cardiovascular ICU team. As an integral member of this specialized critical care unit, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver expert, high-quality care to patients with complex cardiovascular conditions. You will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient stabilization, recovery, and the foundation for long-term cardiovascular health.

What You’Ll Do:

• Provide expert care in our 10-bed, inpatient Cardiovascular ICU unit at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital

What We Offer:

• 25% Licensure Reimbursement

• $95/hour for weekday shifts
• $104/hour for weekend shifts
• 401(k) retirement plan with employer match

This opportunity is ideal for an APP looking to work flexible hours while supporting a growing and collaborative team. As a W2 employee, per diem providers receive malpractice coverage through Virtua.
