- Co-ordinate with Production team for overall allocation and complete the Order take as per time lines.
- Complete the order take for Mexico & Latam with smooth transmission by Preliminary closing day.

- Coordination for N month Shipment Ratio Maximization /Aged car clearance within 55 days (N+1 100%)
- N Shipment Ratio (75%) as per BP
- N+1 shipment ratio 100%
Successful co-ordination with concern teams for upcoming SOP’s. Shipment on time to achieve the target timeline to meet SOS of buyer.
- Co-ordinate with production / TCS and other concern teams for successful SOP and DJM.
Overall Shipment planning, Monthly Schedule updates and Liner Co-ordination.
MIS reports maintenance.
- Co-ordinating with Production / Liners to ensure smooth monthly shipment.
- Meeting Monthly & Quarterly shipment ratio targets. (75% Monthly & 85% Quarterly)
- Prepare & Maintain Operational reports. Sharing internal / external reports by Weekly, Monthly & Annually. (Production / Shipment )
- Volume submission format (IM/CM calculation)
Maximization of N month shipment ratio, port despatch completion 5 days prior to vessel ETD.
- Follow ups and monitoring with SCM / PC team.
- Timely updates to the RHQ’s
- Ensure Shipping Approvals on time.
New Business Opportunity study and Co-ordination.
- Exploring new markets for our existing models and trying opportunity for new model to existing market.
Sustain 100% MPS survey result in 3 Categories (out of 4 Export related)
No. 1 Position Globally
- Smooth ordering / Allocation with the RHQ’s.
