As a Practice Supervisor, you will help mentor, inspire and engage staff.  In collaboration with the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all clerical staff and services.  You will organize and direct the workflow in the department and assign work appropriately to staff to ensure optimal patient-centered care. 
The Practice Supervisor will assist with developing patient-focused solutions to influence the overall delivery of care and services to our patients while overseeing the operational, financial and quality of care for the practice.  The position supports 4 Specialty Service Lines including OB/GYN, Breast Surgery, GYN Oncology and Plastic Surgery- three office locations.

This is a full-time, Monday – Friday day shift position with variable hours when the Practice is in operation (7:30am – 6:00PM) at NYP Hudson Valley Medical Group.
Locations - 1978 Crompond Road, Cortlandt Manor and 1756 Rt. 9D, Cold Spring.   
 

Preferred Criteria:

• •    Bachelor’s Degree
• •    Previous supervisory experience
• •    Knowledgeable of all aspects of billing, excel, meditech
• •    Knowledge of EMR - EPIC

Required Criteria:

• •    Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• •    1-3 years’ work experience

Salary Range:

$62,500-$89,000/Annual
