Job Description

Responsibilities
• Develops strategies and milestones to introduce process technology into the semiconductor equipment marketplace.
• Manages marketing, sales, and sales support functions required to increase market penetration and revenue goals.
• This role requires a high level of individual contribution to technical strategy and building customer relationships.
• Establishes current and long range strategies for the market penetration of [new to the industry] gas cluster ion beam (GCIB) process equipment into the logic and memory (NAND, DRAM) semiconductor markets.
• Develops and implements market share growth objectives, both in existing markets and new markets/applications.
• Interacts with internal and external customers regarding the company’s development roadmaps and product line.
• Develops objectives for entering new markets for next generation non-volatile memories (NVM), logic devices, and other emerging opportunities.
• Provides leadership and management for the US based sales and marketing team.      

Typical Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of related experience; or Master's Degree with 10 years of related experience; or Associate's Degree with 16 years of related experience; or 20 years of experience in lieu of degree. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Demands and Work Conditions
The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 4 to 6 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.
