Butler - Temporary

Duties: Responsible for contacting guests prior to arrival and offering pre-arrival service, greeting guests by name upon arrival and escorting them to their Casita, offering beverage and dining services, providing an overview of all facilities and available attractions, organizing and coordinating all dinners, events, and functions upon request, and assisting guests in unpacking, packing, and offering additional services including shoe polish, brush, press, perform minor repairs to clothing, as well as arranging dry cleaning. Will report directly to Casitas Operations Manager at Cheeca Lodge & Spa.

Requirements:  Two (2) years of guest service experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required. Applicant must provide Pre-employment Criminal Background Check

Temporary, F/T job from 11/13/2025 – 09/09/2026. Min. 35 hrs/week. Shifts: Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00AM to 4:00PM or 10:00AM to 6:00PM. Shift hours may vary

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury setting/resort
• Driver's License; some local travel required
• Maintains confidentiality of guest information and activities
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and oral forms
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strict attention to detail
• Knowledge of local offerings, and attractions

Preferred

• Knowledge of Forbes service standards
• Five Star experience
• Knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of food & beverage and housekeeping
• Professional Butler or Household Management experience
