Help Us Shape the Future of Aged Care

Trilogy Care is one of Australia’s fastest-growing approved Home Care Package providers. Our innovative self-management model gives older Australians more choice, transparency, and value - so they can spend less on fees and more on the care they need.

We’re a vibrant, purpose-driven team dedicated to helping people live independently at home for longer. It’s not just about compliance - it’s about making a real difference for our clients, their families, and our people. We’re proud to be building a workplace where individuals feel empowered, supported, and valued.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced HR / L&D Business Partner to join our People & Culture team.

This is a true generalist position with a unique balance: you’ll manage day-to-day HR operations while also shaping the future capability of our workforce through impactful learning and development initiatives. From employee relations and workforce planning to leadership development and cultural change, your work will touch every corner of the business.

You’ll partner closely with leaders across the organisation, providing trusted HR advice while also designing and delivering programs that build capability and support an inclusive, values-driven culture. Importantly, you’ll embrace the power of AI to enhance outcomes, reduce admin, and find smarter ways of working - helping us stay at the forefront of innovation in aged care.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted partner to executives and leaders, providing HR advice and coaching across the employee lifecycle
  • Manage employee relations and industrial relations matters with confidence and compliance
  • Oversee HR operations, including performance management, workforce planning, and policy guidance
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate learning and development programs that build capability and engagement, while actively contributing to staff inductions and supporting organisational insights through L&D reporting.
  • Contribute to leadership development initiatives, from program design to facilitation and reporting
  • Partner with leaders to identify learning needs and create tailored development pathways
  • Generate insights through HR and L&D reporting, turning data into actionable outcomes
  • Collaborate on organisation-wide people and culture projects and change initiatives
  • Embrace AI-enabled tools to improve HR processes, learning experiences, and reporting efficiency

What You’ll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Development, Psychology, or related field (postgraduate studies and AHRI membership highly regarded).
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner or generalist role, ideally with exposure to both HR operations and L&D.
  • Solid ER/IR knowledge with experience managing complex employee matters (Fair Work Commission experience desirable).
  • Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate L&D and leadership programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and digital tools, with an openness to leveraging AI to enhance processes.
  • A values-driven approach, committed to collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.

Why Trilogy Care?

  • Expansive new King Street, Bowen Hills office close to transport, cafes, and shops
  • Vibrant, purpose-driven team culture with regular social events
  • Salary packaging options to increase your take-home pay
  • Access to Fitness Passport to support your health and wellbeing
  • Employee Assistance Program for you and your immediate family
  • Discounts on groceries, fuel, utilities, wellness and more
  • Opportunity to be part of an industry-first AI movement in aged care
