THE JOB:
Do you love crafting delicious meals and creating memorable experiences for guests? We are looking for a talented **Cook** who specializes in Italian cuisine to join our vibrant Italian kitchen team!

THE STARTING RATE:  $22.30 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain solid knowledge of food products and menu items, including base sauces, stocks, and soups.

• Skillfully apply culinary techniques and attention to detail with plate presentation.

• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment.

• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation.

• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service.

• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in executing service.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Ability to work Full-time hours, Thursday to Monday 10:00am to 6:45 pm

• 1+ Years of prior experience as a Cook in a similar setting is preferred
