Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team by setting clear goals and leading by example
• Delegate tasks and monitor team performance
• Support sales staff in customer interactions and complaint resolution
• Maintain high customer service standards and ensure compliance with policies
• Drive sales processes to meet CSI and sales targets
• Ensure compliance with legal and brand standards
• Assist with inventory management and expense control
• Oversee vehicle presentation and sales professionalism
