Classiq Technologies is a quantum software company based in Tel Aviv. We provide a full-stack platform (IDE, high-level language, compiler, and OS) for designing, compiling, and running quantum algorithms. Backed by 70 patents, our technology automates quantum programming and turns functional intent into executable quantum circuits. About the Role:
As an IT support, you will provide high-quality support to our local and global employees while managing and improving our internal IT systems. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll have the opportunity to solve problems, implement new solutions, and contribute directly to the success of the company’s operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive IT support to employees across global offices, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage and resolve support tickets, track incidents, and maintain clear, timely communication with end users.
- Provide technical support for Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other commonly used business applications.
- Administer user identities, access controls, and security compliance (including SSO and MFA).
- Oversee device management and endpoint security to maintain organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot and provide basic network support, including switches, LAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Track, manage, and optimize IT inventory, hardware assets, software licenses, and the full asset lifecycle.
- Support employee lifecycle IT processes, including smooth onboarding and secure offboarding experiences.
- Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain and support office IT infrastructure, including video conferencing systems, printers, and networking equipment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace administration.
- Familiarity with identity and access management (SSO, MFA) and device management tools (e.g., Intune, Jamf, or similar).
- Understanding basic networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, VPN).
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end users.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to support non-technical employees effectively.
- Organizational skills for tracking IT assets, licenses, and support tickets.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Advantages:
- Experience with IT ticketing/helpdesk systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, Freshservice).
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Knowledge of scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) to streamline IT tasks.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS administration.
- Experience supporting video conferencing solutions (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams Rooms) and office AV equipment.
- Previous work in a global, fast-growing company or startup environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or Google Workspace Administrator.
