About The Role

We are looking for an IT Network Engineer to join our team. You will manage organizations’ computer systems, including software, hardware and networks both clouds based and local. In the scope of this role, you also may be responsible for designing, installing, and supporting the entire systems.  

This position requires in-depth knowledge of the networking area. 

In This Role, You Will:

• Maintain computer hardware, operating systems and applications. 
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues. 
• Management, maintenance and administration of on-prem network equipment: routers, switches, firewalls and wireless stack. 
• Public cloud (AWS, Azure) network administration. 
• Work on automation in IT environments. 
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. 
• Document system configurations, updates they make to a system, and any new procedures or policies created in their work. 
• If needed, manage a project, oversee IT staff, and coordinate with vendors and internal users when implementing a new system. 

Requirements

What We’Re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments. 
• Comprehensive understanding of IP networks and security protocols (both cloud and on prem). 
• In-depth knowledge of information technology and enterprise device management 
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal. 
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, including threat detection and prevention 
• Communicating complex information to a non-technological audience.
