Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and onboard new clients, including shipping lines, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide market intelligence and insights.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial terms with clients.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and management presentations.
- Drive customer satisfaction through regular engagement and issue resolution.
- Support sales team to grow volume from onboarded customers
- Take ownership of customer issues & resolve. Coordination with GSC Team
Qualifications And Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10–12 years of experience in sales/commercial roles within logistics, CFS, or port-related services.
- Strong understanding of the CFS business model, supply chain dynamics, and shipping industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
