We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Manual Tester with over 4 years of hands-on experience in functional, regression, and integration testing. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.

• Understand business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and test cases
• Perform manual testing of web, mobile, or desktop applications (based on the product)
• Execute test cases and document test results, bugs, and issues clearly
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, and smoke testing
• Work closely with developers, BAs, and product teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Track defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar
• Ensure test coverage and consistency across releases
• Participate in test planning, effort estimation, and status reporting

Required Skills :

• 4+ years of experience in manual testing in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Hands-on experience with test case management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or Excel
• Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Mantis, etc.)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
