Job Responsibilities

Use data strategically: Analyze warehouse data and trends to uncover opportunities, inform decisions, and improve system workflows.
Structured problem-solving: Apply methodical thinking to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and evaluate feasible solutions.
Promote product functionality: Support the implementation of new features and actively work to ensure their success through testing, feedback, and iterative optimization.
Operational stability: Help monitor and maintain vendor systems, contributing to seamless operations in the warehouse.
Drive innovation: Participate in projects and initiatives focusing on research, solution development, and continuous product improvement.
Learning and growth: Gain foundational knowledge in warehouse operations, WMS solutions, and product management through structured onboarding and mentorship programs.

Criteria:Bachelor’s degree: A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
Early career focus: Recent graduates (or those with up to 3 years of experience) encouraged to apply. Internship experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management is a plus.
Strong learning ability: You’re comfortable working with data and will actively seek knowledge to adapt and master new technologies.
