About the Practice:
Our Bupa Dental Elsternwick practice is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, orthodontics, implants, oral surgery, periodontics, prosthodontics and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an Experienced Medical Receptionist as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 3-chair practice. You can find out more about our practice here.

• The Opportunity:
• We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Elsternwick, Vic practice available for Dental Receptionist seeking Part time or casual hours: 
• Modern dental practice with 3 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments
• Friendly, fun and dedicated team
• 3 days per week- Wednesday’s required!
• Convenient location with tram stop within 1 minute walk
• Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
• Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
• Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
• Making patients aware of dental services and offers
• Handling payments
• Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
• High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

You'Ll Be:

• Available to work Wednesdays with additional 2 days per week
• Previous Dental Reception experience will be highly regarded 
• You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about customer service and patient care
• Organised with attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
