Evening/Weekend Sales Representative - Law Firm

This is a remote position.

• Handle inbound Facebook leads and Google leads that come in after hours
• Conduct full sales conversations and close cases, not just appointment setting
• Manage weekend call volume during peak inquiry periods
• Respond to urgent criminal defense matters from clients in jail or recently released on bail
• Cover evening hours when the regular sales team is unavailable

Requirements

• Sales experience with the ability to handle the full sales process
• Availability for evening hours (6 pm-midnight) and weekends
• Strong communication skills for handling urgent, sensitive legal matters
• Ability to work independently during off-hours
• Comfort with high-pressure situations and urgent client needs

• Part-time position covering evenings (6 pm-midnight) and weekends
• Flexible schedule based on call volume patterns
• Focus on criminal defense and personal injury leads
• Weekend hours typically midday (10 am-2 pm), but subject to adjustment based on call trends
• Immediate start needed to cover gaps in current coverage
