Assistant Vice President, CSD - Business Deposit & Cross SBU MY

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and fulfilling campaign strategies for employer acquisition, including New-to-Bank (NTB) and Existing-to-Bank (ETB) segments. Also responsible for tracking and reporting on launched campaigns.
• Ensure marketing budget utilization remains within the planned limits.
• Collaborate and interact with various business stakeholders, project teams, and subject matter experts to deliver, fulfill, and enhance financial strategic objectives.
• Work closely with Group Marketing to develop marketing strategies and to raise customer awareness of CIMB@Work (CAW) offerings by creating and updating marketing collaterals and sales tools (both Above-the-Line and Below-the-Line).
• Prepare and recommend customized presentation decks for sales channels for event pitching or special client engagements.
• Oversee overall reporting and portfolio analysis for CAW.
• Manage and track the Business Deposit budget and spending.
• Raise PR/POs for CAW-related purchases (campaigns, initiatives, and events).
• Ensure timely receipt of goods/services for all PR/POs raised.
• Organize events for CAW.
