Senior Analyst - Digital Learning

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Analyst – Instructional Designer to join our KPMG Learning and Development organization. The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with project team members.

• Collaborate with onshore (project managers, content leads) and offshore (programmers, graphic designers) teams to design and develop digital and classroom training programs.
• Apply instructional design models and learning theories to develop effective learning content and activities.
• Design and develop a variety of instructional materials, including instructor-led training, video storyboards, and e-learning content.
• Convert classroom sessions into eLearning modules and vice versa, enabling a hybrid learning experience.
• Create assessments to evaluate learners’ comprehension and application of knowledge.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all materials meet KPMG standards and brand guidelines.
• Develop e-learning courses in Rise 360.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, preferably within a corporate or business environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills.
• Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Familiarity with Continuing Professional Education (CPE) and its calculation.
• Ability to create assessments that effectively measure learning outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing learning solutions aligning with strategic business needs.
• Deep understanding of instructional design models and learning theories.
