Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Consultant with 5–7 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade data solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI, and will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, integrating analytics platforms, and delivering actionable insights through advanced visualizations
Key Responsibilities:
Databricks & Adf:
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Spark SQL, and Python within ADF orchestration frameworks
- Develop and optimize ETL workflows for structured and unstructured data across hybrid cloud environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Spark jobs, ensuring performance and reliability at scale.
- Integrate Databricks tasks with ADF pipelines for seamless orchestration of analytics workloads
Microsoft Fabric:
- Leverage Microsoft Fabric to unify data engineering, data science, and real-time analytics workloads
- Build governed data models and marts using OneLake, Data Activator, and Purview for security and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end analytics solutions using Fabric’s integrated services (Data Factory, Synapse, Power BI).
Power Bi:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models tailored to business needs.
- Implement advanced DAX, Power Query, and DirectLake features for real-time insights
- Support migration initiatives from legacy BI tools to Power BI, ensuring performance and stakeholder alignment
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Databricks, ADF, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Python, and Power BI.
- Experience with data lakehouse architecture, data governance, and real-time analytics.
- Familiarity with Azure Synapse, Data Explorer, and Purview.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in Azure Data Engineering, Power BI, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Exposure to AI-driven analytics, Generative AI, or NLP is a plus
