Product quality review associated with the manufacturing process. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Brief knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes.
• In process Inspection activity at different stage of transformer manufacturing.
• Perform regular quality check tests for the early identification of any potential issues.
• Drawing study.
• Knowledge of reference IS and IEC standards for power transformer.
• Knowledge for testing of transformer oil.
• Documentation adhere to ISO 9001.
• Practice of using measuring and testing instruments. (Megger, Isolation test, Vernier caliper, Micrometer etc)
• Conducting Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions.
• Willing to come in shifts duty.
• Stay updated about safety and legal standards and regulations for manufacturing processes and manufactured products.
• Basic knowledge of computer and preparing inspection reports.

Required Qualifications

• Having 8-15 years working experience in Power transformer
• Full Time Degree or Diploma from the reputed Institutes.

Desired Characteristics

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
