The role and its impact on Verisure Technology 

The Product and Service Portfolio Management team oversees a portfolio of 100+ annual programmes and initiatives that drive the Company’s strategic innovation goals. The team provides a unified vision to align organizations around a shared timeline and roadmap for delivering new products and services to market. Key responsibilities include maintaining an integrated and cohesive roadmap, driving initiatives prioritization, managing inter-programme change requests, and leading the annual budget process. By consolidating priorities into a unified ‘One-Plan’ and coordinating across stakeholders, the team ensures alignment with business objectives and maximizes impact.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented P&S Portfolio Associate to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in how leading technology organizations operate and how new propositions are developed within a global B2C environment in emerging markets. The Associate will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of the Product & Service portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and enabling effective decision-making across key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive the continuous evolution of an 8-quarter rolling roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
• Enable portfolio prioritization to guide resource allocation and resolve conflicts.
• Lead demand management for Products and Services across the organization.
• Manage portfolio-level change requests, assessing trade-offs for new program proposals.
• Ensure release plans and requirements are aligned across functions and markets.
• Contribute to the annual budget cycle by integrating roadmap and financial planning.
• Support program managers in scope, risk, dependency management, and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Design and implement new processes to drive continuous improvement within the Products and Services organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third parties to define solutions, document requirements, and implement complex initiatives.
• Develop business cases to assess baseline and future scenarios for business development.
• Conduct business analysis, turning large datasets into actionable insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
• Define strategic roadmaps and oversee project execution to ensure delivery against business goals, securing necessary approvals from stakeholders.
• Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic business partners and key stakeholders across the organization.

Experiences & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; STEM, MiM, or MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting or within a technology-driven environment.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent in English (B2+ or higher), with experience working in international settings.

Experiences & Qualifications (Nice to have):

• Exposure to specific industries (e.g., tech, consumer electronics, consumer goods, telecom).
• Skilled in developing executive-level presentations and reports.
• Experienced with portfolio and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).
• Familiar with Agile methodologies.

• Skilled at breaking down problems into actionable solutions, supported by both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Proficient in extracting and structuring insights from large datasets; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proven project management expertise, including defining strategic and execution plans and managing PMO functions.
• Highly adaptable, resilient, and motivated to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
• Solid understanding of business strategy, operations, and financial principles.
• Strong collaborator with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail, organizational rigor, and commitment to high-quality delivery.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
