The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a proactive and energetic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering parental leave. This opportunity will start around early-November. 

This is a fast-paced role with a strong focus on high-volume recruitment campaigns. You’ll partner with leaders to understand their needs, attract great people, and keep the recruitment engine moving! If you thrive on juggling multiple priorities and love the buzz of volume recruitment, this is the role for you.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning end-to-end recruitment, from job briefs through to offers and everything in between!
• Managing bulk recruitment campaigns during our peak season
• Partnering with hiring managers, building trust, and guiding them on recruitment best practice
• Writing compelling job adverts and creating sourcing strategies that cut through the noise
• Creating a seamless, positive candidate experience at every stage of the process
• Jumping in to support wider People & Culture projects and initiatives when needed
